Claudius Buchannan Andrews  (John⁶, John⁵, Richard⁴, Samuel³, Thomas², William¹), born July 14, 1817. Died April 4, 1877, at Honolulu, where he was an early missionary. Married first, July 27, 1850, to Anna Seward Gilson, daughter of Abel and Anna (Parker) Gilson, who was born Nov. 18, 1823, and died Jan. 27, 1862. He married second, March 6, 1863, Samantha W. Gilson (sister of Anna) who was born June 4, 1828.

   1. Alice Lorraine Andrews, born May 19, 1889.

6. Luella Lee Andrews.

7. Florence Nightengale Andrews, born July 30, 1860. Died Aug. 8, 1885. Married July 5, 1882, Robert J. Neal, who was born Nov. 22, 1848, and died Nov. 16, 1884. Children:

   1. Ruth Andrews Neal, born March 15, 1883.
