74. Tennie Grimes, dau. of Isaac Wilson Grimes, b. June 22, 1893, in Wayne County, Tennessee; m. August 15, 1915, Joe Griffith, b. 1890 in Lawrence County, Tennessee. They moved to Wintergarden, Florida, 1920, where he is a commission merchant for the Sinclair Oil Company. They have five children, the three oldest having been born in Lawrence County.

Children:

135. Noel G. Griffith, b. November 8, 1916. He served overseas as a major in U. S. Army during World War II. He m. 1944, Jene Pidalouski, an army nurse, of Holy Oak, Mass. They live in Charleston, S. C., and have three children: Christopher, b. December 25, 1946; Candis, b. December 23, 1947; and James, b. March 19, 1949.

136. Marjory Griffith, b. February 25, 1917; m. February 25, 1939, Richard Cone, a building contractor of Orlando, Florida. They have three children: Richard, Jr., b. October 31, 1943; Dennis, b. December 16, 1945; and Brenda, b. December 7, 1948.

137. Wilson Griffith, b. August 31, 1920. He served as a corporal in the U. S. Army in World War II. He m. August, 1942, Lela Henderson of Winter Garden, Florida. They have two boys and one girl: Stephen, b. February 18, 1943; Noel H., b. January 18. 1945; and Robby Scott, b. July 29, 1947.

138. Robert Joe Griffith, b. March 4, 1929; m. June 22, 1949, Janette Sadler of Oakland, Florida. They have three boys: Randie, b. August 5, 1950; Joseph Craig, b. May 5, 1953; and William Mark, b. March 29, 1956.

139. Donald M. Griffith, b. July 19, 1934. He served in the U. S. Army in World War II and is now a student of dentistry in the University of Tennessee.
