230 Jessie Cook, son of William Martin Cook, b. December 4, 1882, in Wayne County, Tennessee. When a young man he migrated to Osceola, Arkansas. He m. (1) Grace Griffin. After her death he was twice married. The name of his second wife is unknown to the author. He m. (3) February, 1915, Josie Jackson. He d. July 31, 1929. She is a widow living in Osceola, Arkansas.

306. J. G., m. Elizabeth Pierce. They live in Memphis, Tennessee, where he is connected with the Veterans' Hospital. They have two daughters, Eva Jennie, b. July 21, 1947, and Rosa Marie, b. February 11, 1952.

307. Mary Alma, b. November 15, 1919, m. (1) Cecil Hunt. They had a daughter, Patsy Jean, b. October 31, 1939, who m. Donnie Johnson and had a son, Donnie, Jr., b. May 28, 1960. Mary Alma m. (2) Delmer Grimes and had a son James William, b. June 21, 1955.

308. J. T., b. November 24, 1920. He is a career man in the U. S. Marines and maintains a home in Jackson, N. C. He m. India M. Gurganus. They have three girls, Linda Fay, b. June 13, 1953, Beverly Ann b. February 1, 1956, and Nancy Elaine, b. May 27, 1957.
