William Harper Genealogy

WILLIAM HARPER³ (Charles², William¹)

William Harper (b. about 1798) married Aug. 2, 1820 Persocia Manoir, a daughter of Pierre Manoir (from Paris, France) and his wife Elizabeth Picket. The latter was a daughter of James Picket, very early settler at The Plains, Ohio. The children of William and Persocia Harper were:

1. Mary Ann Harper m. Mr. Timmons and removed to Indiana.

2. Robert Cooke Harper b. Sept. 16, 1824.
