  4. Blanch Elizabeth Bascom, born Nov. 28, 1874, at Green, Ohio. Educated in High School, Meadville, Pa., and graduated at Allegany College, Meadville, Pa., with degree of BA, 1897. Graduate of Normal Art Course, Pratt Institute, Brooklyn. N. Y., 1903 to 1912. Art Supervisor, Somerville, N. J., 1912. Head of Art Department Otterbein University, Westerfiville, O. Married 1916 to Rev. E. Wayne Robinson. She died Dec. 9, 1927. Rev. E. W. Robinson died Sept. 27, 1924, at Gaegertown, Penn.
